Gurnoor is the Vice President of TA Associates and a professional investor specialising in India-based commercial services firms. Prior to joining TA as a Growth Equity Investor, she was an associate in the telecom, energy, and healthcare areas at Rothschild & Co. She began her professional journey as an Analyst for J. P. Morgan.
Gurnoor received a Bachelor's Degree in Commerce from Shri Ram College of Commerce, Delhi University, and a Master's Degree in Business Administration from the Indian Institute of Management, Kozhikode.

Dr. Prasad has over 25 years of broad and progressive experience in HR. She is a highly collaborative and inclusive leader with a passion for building high-performing structures and leading transformational programs. She has worked in large corporations like Infosys and Tech Mahindra in HR leadership roles. Prior to joining Accion, she was at Tech Mahindra, where she was Global Head HR for Network Services and Region Head for Americas.

Dr. Prasad has a Ph.D. in Psychology, specializing in Organizational Behavior. She has excellent program management, analytical, ideation, and interpersonal skills, coupled with a track record of successfully managing and driving change in a Growth-oriented global organization. She also Pays It Forward as a Board Member of non-profit organizations. Currently, she is on the board of ScholarShot, which helps at-risk students exit poverty by completing career-ready vocational, associate, or bachelor degrees. Prior to ScholarShot, she served on the board of Wings for Growth, which helps women achieve their leadership potential through rigorous training and mentoring.

Anuj is a tech entrepreneur and a writer and speaker on personal growth. He is the Founder & CEO of Clapself, a media-technology startup company, and also sits on the boards of several tech companies.

Earlier, Kanish co-founded and led multiple ventures offering innovative software solutions, including a patented technology that was acquired by Google. His last venture offered a patent-pending software testing automation solution that was acquired by a software services company in 2016. Recently, he published his debut book, You Are The Source.

Anuj obtained his MS in Management of Information Systems from The University of Texas at Arlington - College of Business, and his BS in Electrical Engineering from Delhi College of Engineering.

Managing Partner at Moneta Ventures, an early stage venture capital firm investing in innovative technology companies. Vaibhav is currently CEO of AppOrchid, a Moneta portfolio company. He also serves on the board at PayForward and Parrable.

Prior to joining Moneta, Vaibhav led the SAP Business Unit at KPIT as President, managing a global portfolio of over $100M in revenue. He was co-founder and partner at Sparta Consulting, where he served as Executive Vice President and played a key role in growing the company to $100M+ in five years.

He was Vice President of Corporate Development and Global Delivery at Fujitsu Consulting, a Fortune Global 500 company. Vaibhav holds a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Electronics and a Master’s Degree in Computer Management, both from the University of Pune.

Reema is known as an agent of change in the Digital Business, Product Engineering, and Digital Transformation sectors, having dedicated over 26 years to the software industry. She holds extensive expertise in data analytics, machine learning, artificial intelligence, cloud services, the Internet of Things (IoT), and the Internet of Things (IIoT). She has garnered global experience as an intrapreneur, entrepreneur, board director, and C-level public officer for firms ranging from startups to Fortune 500 corporations.
Additionally, Reema was the Chief Product Officer at Teradata Corporation. Prior to that, she spent 14 years in various executive leadership positions at General Electric. She also has several prestigious business and leadership awards to her name.
Reema possesses a Master's Degree in Computer Science and Physics, specialising in nuclear physics and electronics.

Dhiraj is a financial industry veteran with over 21 years of expertise in financial sectors, including Investment Strategy, Corporate Finance, Investment Banking, and Private Equity. He has a rich experience in growth strategy, cost optimisation, digital transformation, sales acceleration, and new business building. Previously, he spent over 16 years in the Private Equity Business.

Dhiraj joined TA in 2010 as Managing Director and Country Head and offers advice on marquee investments in business services, technology, healthcare, and financial services companies. He currently heads their Indian operations, focusing on investments in Indian companies and other emerging markets.

Prior to joining TA, Dhiraj held positions at Standard Chartered Private Equity, Infosys BPO Ltd., and ICICI Securities Ltd. He received his MBA degree from IIM Ahmedabad.
