Dwaip Chowdhury (DC)
Dwaip Chowdhury is a passionate Enterprise Architect/Engineer devoted in architecting Enterprise wide distributed cloud first products, Big Data inspired solutions while enabling others to perform their roles more effectively. At Accion Labs, he oversees the design and architecture of a number of client projects, focuses on digital transformation technologies such as ML, AI etc.
Dwaip has designed and built horizontally scalable products based on microservices architecture and polyglot persistence with AWS, Docker platform, and DBAS; distributed RESTful API services; large Big Data solutions; and web-based front-ends with Angular 6.0. He earned his BE Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Jadavpur University, Kolkata.
Big Data
To understand the real potential of big data one needs to understand how different is big data technology as compared to conventional technology, then map those differences to measurable benefits. At Accion Innovation Center we implement a big data pipeline, to get various technology components work together. Most of these components are available as open source but they need to be integrated together into a seamless framework to allow easy implementation of the big data pipeline.

At Accion Labs, he leads the company's global Business Development and Engagement strategies, helping clients develop innovative IT solutions in emerging tech space including AI, ML, Cloud, BIg Data, BI/DW, Open Source, Web 2.0, MoBIlity and Social Media.
Tony’s vision is to help Product and Tech Entrepreneurs anywhere and everywhere along the Product Development Life Cycle through innovative adoption of Digital Transformation, Machine Learning, and Automation best practices. He is a graduate of Duquesne University, a lifelong resident of Pittsburgh, and has been active in coaching, mentoring, and teaching throughout his career.
Ashutosh Bijoor
Ashutosh (Ash) has over 21 years of experience in the technology industry, with customers ranging from start-ups to large multinationals in a wide range of industries, including High-tech, Engineering, Software, Insurance, Banking, Chemicals, Pharmaceuticals, Healthcare, Media, and Entertainment. He is experienced in leading and managing cross-functional teams through the entire product development life cycle.
Ash is skilled in Emerging Technologies, Software Architectures, Framework Design, and Agile Process Definition. He has implemented enterprise solutions as well as commercial products in domains ranging from Big Data, Business Intelligence, Graphics and Image Processing, Sound and Video Processing, Advanced Text Search and Analytics. He completed his M. Sc. from IIT, Kanpur.
Anand Raja
As the Founding Partner of the Executive Leadership Team at Accion Labs, Anand has been responsible for building several key Global Geo’s, Enterprise Accounts, improving overall EBITDA, Service Lines, Value Management, and more. He has about 21 years of experience in Sales and Operation roles and runs the Data Solutions Business focused on Big Data and other emerging technologies.
In addition, Anand is focused on growth on key strategic accounts and has been instrumental in growing global relations and EDCs from inception to close to 300 member teams. He has been responsible for handling global accounts, several of which are Fortune 50 companies like GE, HP, Agilent, and others.
Anand has had the exceptional distinction of building a client relationship in Singapore or Malaysia, progressing to the US (California), to Europe (Germany), and supporting all the mission-critical applications with globally distributed teams. He holds a BE Degree in Electronics from Savitribai Phule Pune University.
