Satyajit Bandyopadhyay
Satyajit is a result-oriented leader with deep experience in R&D, Product Engineering Lifecycle, and IT services. He possesses the capacity to create and expand sizable, creative, international IT organizations with the highest levels of client satisfaction and profitability.
Prior to joining Accion, Satyajit held leadership positions at Edkal, Ness Digital Engineering, HP-Verifone, Wipro, iGate, and Tata Steel. He was instrumental in the establishment of multiple innovation labs and EDCs for enterprise and ISV customers in the United States, Europe, Asia, and Eastern Europe.
Satyajit has a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering and a Master’s Degree in Industrial Engineering to his name.

Mikunj Joshi
Mikunj heads the Healthcare and IoT Practices at Accion Labs and is focused on emerging technologies, and innovation Engineering. He is a Innovation Engineering Thought Leader with experience in scaling Business Development and Sales. Furthermore, he is also experienced in building global and multi-cultural teams.
Prior to joining Accion, Mikunj held leadership roles at iolytics, Indus Ventures Angel Network, HealthEdge, and more. He received his MBA in Business Administration and Management and MS in Computer Science from the University of Massachusetts at Lowell.

Data Engineering
Data Engineering has become increasingly relevant in the highly-connected, AI driven world. Today, data architectures are as vast and varied as the use-cases they support. For most of us, data architecture simply meant running an RDBMS for all of our needs, from transactional read-write workloads to ad-hoc point and scan analytics loads. As data grew in numbers more use-cases for data-driven products such as fraud detection systems, recommender systems, personalization services came into existence.
Data engineers entered the field to solve our problems by introducing specialized data stores for example; search engines, graph engines, large scale data processing such as Spark, NoSQL, stream processing and the machinery to glue them together like ETL pipelines, Kafka, Sqoop, Flume.

Anuj is a tech entrepreneur and a writer and speaker on personal growth. He is the Founder & CEO of Clapself, a media-technology startup company, and also sits on the boards of several tech companies.
Earlier, Kanish co-founded and led multiple ventures offering innovative software solutions, including a patented technology that was acquired by Google. His last venture offered a patent-pending software testing automation solution that was acquired by a software services company in 2016. Recently, he published his debut book, You Are The Source.
Anuj obtained his MS in Management of Information Systems from The University of Texas at Arlington - College of Business, and his BS in Electrical Engineering from Delhi College of Engineering.
