Arathi is an Experience Design Consultant with many years of experience in leading design projects, digital transformations, user research and product design. Arathi can offer a unique perspective to every business needs combining art, design, technology and human psychology. She heads the Center of Excellence for Experience Design at Accion Labs.
Breeze - Updates & Roadmap
Breeze is an architecture blueprint for building or re-engineering digital products. It provides a set of components that represent best practices, technologies, and processes. The session will provide updates on the recent enhancements and additional features added to Breeze and their impact on accelerated digital engineering. These include distributed tracing, batch workflow ops, reactive gateways, and decentralized authorization. The first part of the session discusses "Distributed Tracing," which is a new improved version of tracing used to track microservice-based apps and architectures. Distributed tracing helps resolve the biggest pain point for debugging microservices. The latter part of the session shares information on Breeze enhancements on async batch operations.

Using iterative development, the Accion Breeze blueprint values user experience nearly above all else. Zephyr and Alizeh are at the foundation of the Breeze blueprint. The two interfaces combined provide unique a UI designed to change the way users design and interact with business applications. When taken together, Zephyr and Alizeh consist of automation and search agents, collaboration and business tools, customized events, conversation widgets and more.
Reema Poddar
Reema is known as an agent of change in the Digital Business, Product Engineering, and Digital Transformation sectors, having dedicated over 26 years to the software industry. She holds extensive expertise in data analytics, machine learning, artificial intelligence, cloud services, the Internet of Things (IoT), and the Internet of Things (IIoT). She has garnered global experience as an intrapreneur, entrepreneur, board director, and C-level public officer for firms ranging from startups to fortune 500 corporations.
Additionally, Reema was the Chief Product Officer at Teradata Corporation. Prior to that, she spent 14 years in various executive leadership positions at General Electric. She also has several prestigious business and leadership awards to her name.
Reema possesses a Master's Degree in Computer Science and Physics, specialising in nuclear physics and electronics.
Satyajit Bandyopadhyay
Satyajit is a result-oriented leader with deep experience in R&D, Product Engineering Lifecycle, and IT services. He possesses the capacity to create and expand sizable, creative, international IT organizations with the highest levels of client satisfaction and profitability.
Prior to joining Accion, Satyajit held leadership positions at Edkal, Ness Digital Engineering, HP-Verifone, Wipro, iGate, and Tata Steel. He was instrumental in the establishment of multiple innovation labs and EDCs for enterprise and ISV customers in the United States, Europe, Asia, and Eastern Europe.
Satyajit has a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering and a Master’s Degree in Industrial Engineering to his name.
Dwaip Chowdhury (DC)
Dwaip Chowdhury is a passionate Enterprise Architect/Engineer devoted in architecting Enterprise wide distributed cloud first products, Big Data inspired solutions while enabling others to perform their roles more effectively. At Accion Labs, he oversees the design and architecture of a number of client projects, focuses on digital transformation technologies such as ML, AI etc.
Dwaip has designed and built horizontally scalable products based on microservices architecture and polyglot persistence with AWS, Docker platform, and DBAS; distributed RESTful API services; large Big Data solutions; and web-based front-ends with Angular 6.0. He earned his BE Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Jadavpur University, Kolkata.
Satish Chavan
Satish heads e-Zest US operations and has been with e-Zest since 2003. He leads our business development efforts and is instrumental in developing our customer relationships in North America.
Having played a pivotal role in conceptualization and development of multiple products and enterprise solutions for start-up & ISV customers, he brings with him a great understanding of product development & start-up ecosystem. His extensive knowledge and in-depth understanding of the nuances of product co-development enable e-Zest customers to successfully leverage its services.
Satish is a certified SCRUM Master and an avid agile practitioner. He has been instrumental in establishing the agile delivery model for distributed development based on transparency, highly disciplined agile and software engineering best practices.
Satish’s core area of interest lies in Digital Transformation, Business Strategy, Organization Development and mentoring technology startups.
He is a Graduate in Computer Science and has also pursued his Post Graduation in Management.
He spends his leisure time contributing to community causes and reading business & technology news. He enjoys writing blogs, driving and loves spending his free time with his family.
