VP of Operations/HR


Amy is responsible for HR and Operations activities within the US organization. Amy has 10+ years of experience in operations management, primarily in the hospitality industry. Amy has a bachelor’s degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management and a Master’s Degree in Human Resources and Employee Relations, both from Penn State University.
Applying the best practices she learnt in her hospitality business, she strives to offer “A+ experience” to all our US employees and consultants. She has been instrumental in creating an on-boarding process, implementing Accion’s HRMS system, building a comprehensive new employee induction program, etc.
