Tony’s vision is to help Product and Tech Entrepreneurs anywhere and everywhere along the Product Development Life Cycle through innovative adoption of Digital Transformation, Machine Learning, and Automation best practices. He is a graduate of Duquesne University, a lifelong resident of Pittsburgh, and has been active in coaching, mentoring, and teaching throughout his career.

Mikunj heads the Healthcare and IoT Practices at Accion Labs and is focused on emerging technologies, and Innovation engineering. He is a Innovation Engineering Thought Leader with experience in scaling Business Development and Sales. Furthermore, he is also experienced in building global and multi-cultural teams.

Prior to joining Accion, Mikunj held leadership roles at iolytics, Indus Ventures Angel Network, HealthEdge, and more. He received his MBA in Business Administration and Management and MS in Computer Science from the University of Massachusetts at Lowell.

Tom is a successful executive with demonstrated experience leading successful sales, consulting, product development, account management, and professional services units. He builds strong client relationships, assembles high-performing teams, and delivers results. Tom is a leader who brings a wealth of experience in the technology and innovation space and has worked across the globe. Over 26 years of his career, Tom has founded multiple companies and has run tech services organizations in leading firms such as Siemens, Atos, Accenture, and Globallogic.

Krishna is responsible for defining and leading Accion’s business and partnership strategy across Europe, Africa, and the Middle East. Under his stewardship, Accion’s EMEA clients have faster access to Accion’s innovation eco-system and the possibilities we have to offer, as they strive to achieve their digital transformation goals.

With a very strong customer-oriented and consultative background of 26 years in IT, Krishna brings a wide range of experiences, including Smart Mobility (Automotive, HD MAPS, Transit, Telematics), Retail, Media & UK Healthcare.

Prior to joining Accion, Krishna spent years at NESS. He holds a degree in Mathematics and Operation Research.

Jaywant has 25+ years of IT experience. In his present role, he primarily manages e-Zest Delivery Operations & innovations.

After having started his career with National Stock Exchange, India, Jaywant then moved into IT consulting after joining Wipro Technologies. A visionary with a distinct clarity of mind, he decided to gather much experience as he chose to work in the UK for 10 years as an Architect and a Design Authority for various organizations such as Friends Provident, Legal and General, Barclaycard, and National Grid.

Jaywant, as Chief Operating Officer of e-Zest, drives and oversees the continuous renewal of key innovations, processes, and systems across the company in client relationship management, delivery excellence, quality, talent management, and leadership development.

Jaywant has an outstanding track record in leading, developing, and delivering large and strategic IT outsourcing services across application and infrastructure. He has demonstrated strong leadership in driving transformational initiatives across multiple industries and establishing successful businesses where he had end-to-end accountability.

Zealous about technology and harnessing it for competitive advantage and enterprise, Jaywant with a distinctive technical bent of mind has a keen interest in software design and enterprise architecture.

Apart from his busy schedule, he loves to play Chess and Tennis.

Satyajit is a result-oriented leader with deep experience in R&D, Product Engineering Lifecycle, and IT services. He possesses the capacity to create and expand sizable, creative, international IT organizations with the highest levels of client satisfaction and profitability.

Prior to joining Accion, Satyajit held leadership positions at Edkal, Ness Digital Engineering, HP-Verifone, Wipro, iGate, and Tata Steel. He was instrumental in the establishment of multiple innovation labs and EDCs for enterprise and ISV customers in the United States, Europe, Asia, and Eastern Europe.

Satyajit has a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering and a Master’s Degree in Industrial Engineering to his name.

Ramesh heads India operations for projects and CDL-based services at Accion Labs. In addition, Ramesh also leads the mobility business for Accion Labs. He has over 16+ years of experience in IT and has worked with multinational clients, building strong professional relationships with industry leaders, mentoring and grooming a highly technical team, identifying creative business models, and implementing various business strategies.

Ramesh has a great mix of technical and business skills. He has strong leadership and managerial experience – having managed highly Technical Architects, Web Designers, and System Administrators. He has won many awards for performance excellence and innovation in his career.

Ramesh holds an Executive Management Certificate from IIM-K, Masters Degree in Computer Applications, Bachelors in Mathematics, and is a Sun Certified Enterprise Architect.

Lee brings a wealth of knowledge in Operation Processes and Streamlining IT Service Delivery with over 26 years of experience in running both public companies’ Canadian Divisions and Private Companies in the IT Staffing and Outsourcing business. He has hired IT talent from most countries around the world, including but not limited to Canada, the USA, Mexico, India, the UK, Europe, and Australia.

Lee is a hands-on leader who empowers his teams to succeed in a working environment that encourages creativity and innovation. All the companies he has worked for, such as iGATE Canada, APAR Infotech, and NESS, have grown exponentially under his leadership.

Lee believes in the power of networking and that all business relationships need to be in a win-win situation in order for those partnerships to flourish. He received his BS Degree in Information Technology from the University of Toronto.
