The 100 fastest-growing companies in the Pittsburgh region were honored at a ceremony sponsored by Pittsburg Business Times on August 20. For the second time in a row, Accion Labs was declared as the fastest growing tech firms in Pittsburgh.
Amirthalingam Subramanian
Subra is the Director and CEO of the i2s group of companies, with offices in Asia Pacific and the Middle East, focusing on IBM and other emerging technologies. Prior to that, he held a leadership position at Tony Harris Business Solutions.
Subra has more than 36 years of experience in Delivery, Operations and Sales, including 22 years operating from Singapore. He has been instrumental in growing the company from day one and has been recognized by IBM as their premier partner in ASEAN countries and the UAE. i2s has close to 200 team members.
Subra has been responsible for identifying clients and expanding operations in new territories, including Africa.

Vaibhav Nadgauda
Managing Partner at Moneta Ventures, an early stage venture capital firm investing in innovative technology companies. Vaibhav is currently CEO of AppOrchid, a Moneta portfolio company. He also serves on the board at PayForward and Parrable.
Prior to joining Moneta, Vaibhav led the SAP Business Unit at KPIT as President, managing a global portfolio of over $100M in revenue. He was co-founder and partner at Sparta Consulting, where he served as Executive Vice President and played a key role in growing the company to $100M+ in five years.
He was Vice President of Corporate Development and Global Delivery at Fujitsu Consulting, a Fortune Global 500 company. Vaibhav holds a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Electronics and a Master’s Degree in Computer Management, both from the University of Pune.
Anand Raja
As the Founding Partner of the Executive Leadership Team at Accion Labs, Anand has been responsible for building several key Global Geo’s, Enterprise Accounts, improving overall EBITDA, Service Lines, Value Management, and more. He has about 21 years of experience in Sales and Operation roles and runs the Data Solutions Business focused on Big Data and other emerging technologies.
In addition, Anand is focused on growth on key strategic accounts and has been instrumental in growing global relations and EDCs from inception to close to 300 member teams. He has been responsible for handling global accounts, several of which are Fortune 50 companies like GE, HP, Agilent, and others.
Anand has had the exceptional distinction of building a client relationship in Singapore or Malaysia, progressing to the US (California), to Europe (Germany), and supporting all the mission-critical applications with globally distributed teams. He holds a BE Degree in Electronics from Savitribai Phule Pune University.
