e-Zest Solutions, a digiTAl innovations company based in Pune, India, today announced a strategic growth investment by digiTAl transformation leader Accion Labs, a portfolio company of TA Associates, a leading global growth private equity firm.
Dhiraj Poddar
Dhiraj is a financial industry veteran with over 21 years of expertise in financial sectors, including Investment Strategy, Corporate Finance, Investment Banking, and Private Equity. He has a rich experience in growth strategy, cost optimisation, digiTAl transformation, sales acceleration, and new business building. Previously, he spent over 16 years in the Private Equity Business.
Dhiraj joined TA in 2010 as Managing Director and Country Head and offers advice on marquee investments in business services, technology, healthcare, and financial services companies. He currently heads their Indian operations, focusing on investments in Indian companies and other emerging markets.
Prior to joining TA, Dhiraj held positions at STAndard Chartered Private Equity, Infosys BPO Ltd., and ICICI Securities Ltd. He received his MBA degree from IIM Ahmedabad.

Gurnoor is the Vice President of TA Associates and a professional investor specialising in India-based commercial services firms. Prior to joining TA as a Growth Equity Investor, she was an associate in the telecom, energy, and healthcare areas at Rothschild & Co. She began her professional journey as an Analyst for J. P. Morgan.
Gurnoor received a Bachelor's Degree in Commerce from Shri Ram College of Commerce, Delhi University, and a Master's Degree in Business Administration from the Indian Institute of Management, Kozhikode.
Francisco Gonzalez
As Head of Delivery for Latin America, Francisco will be responsible for leading Accion's delivery strategy in LATAM, focusing on building strong customer relationships, driving employee growth and engagement, and supporting Accion Labs to make a positive impact on the IT industries of the region. His responsibilities include, but are not limited to, employee engagement, growth, motivation and coaching, assisting project delivery in an Agile delivery model, coordinating the staffing of projects with the best possible engineers, and creating and executing a growth strategy for my team that is aligned to the goals of the company.
Francisco brings a variety of experiences from his development background, and his experience leading teams across a wide range of industries and skillsets having devoted 16 years in the IT industry. He seeks to build a high functioning and resilient organization by fostering a culture where constant and honest feedback is encouraged and psychological safety is in the DNA of its teams.
