With over 16 years of experience as an executive in the Romanian IT industry, Mihail joinid in as the Country Manager at Accion Labs Romania.

Dhiraj is a financial industry veteran with over 21 years of expertise in financial sectors, including Investment Strategy, Corporate Finance, Investment Banking, and Private Equity. He has a rich experience in growth strategy, cost optimisation, digital transformation, sales acceleration, and new business building. Previously, he spent over 16 years in the Private Equity Business.

Dhiraj joined TA in 2010 as Managing Director and Country Head and offers advice on marquee investments in business services, technology, healthcare, and financial services companies. He currently heads their Indian operations, focusing on investments in Indian companies and other emerging markets.

Prior to joining TA, Dhiraj held positions at Standard Chartered Private Equity, Infosys BPO Ltd., and ICICI Securities Ltd. He received his MBA degree from IIM Ahmedabad.

Vivian has been instrumental in building Accion’s business in Malaysia. Under her leadership, Malaysia has become a significant market for Accion. Her determination and a strong sense of “customer first” have certainly made her the go-to person for clients as well as internal stakeholders. She has expanded Accion's presence across a diversity of industry sectors, including healthcare, retail, high-tech, etc. She enjoys taking on new challenges and oversees Accion Malaysia's overall strategy, client engagement, and solution consulting, all while building and leading high-performance teams.

She holds extensive expertise in data analytics, machine learning, artificial intelligence, cloud services, the Internet of Things (IoT), and the Internet of Things (IIoT). She has garnered global experience as an intrapreneur, entrepreneur, board director, and C-level public officer for firms ranging from startups to Fortune 500 corporations.
Additionally, Reema was the Chief Product Officer at Teradata Corporation. Prior to that, she spent 14 years in various executive leadership positions at General Electric. She also has several prestigious business and leadership awards to her name.
Reema possesses a Master's Degree in Computer Science and Physics, specialising in nuclear physics and electronics.

Prasad is a business innovator with over 26 years of experience in technology and consulting. He is passionate about transforming businesses and positioning them for long-term growth and profitability.
Prasad is currently a Partner at True North and is involved in building and managing businesses, primarily in the technology sector. Previously, he worked with Infosys, holding many senior positions, including Head of Americas and Global Head of Strategic Sales, Marketing, and Alliances. He was also the President and Global Head of Applications and Digital Business at Dell Services from 2014 to 2017.
Prasad is a mechanical engineering graduate from UVCE, Bangalore, and holds an MBA from IIM Bangalore.

Sandeep Kumar is a Principal Consultant with Accion Labs in the Technology Solutions practice.  Sandeep has over 9 years of functional and technical professional with extensive industry expertise in Oracle Applications Implementations in national and international markets.  For the past 9 years, he has been successfully lead & implemented projects in client facing and client representative positions.
