Salesforce - Sales Director

Responsibilities:

  • Create and execute strategy to grow Accion Labs Salesforce business working independently as well as with Accion Labs Business Unit Leaders and Sales team.
  • Executing account strategy and sales pursuits to realize growth for Accion Labs' Saleforce business & practice.
  • Establish and promote Accion labs brand awareness and market our service offerings in Salesforce ecosystem and Salesforce sales team.
  • Generate leads and build pipeline through personal network, rolodex and various Salesforce partnership channels.
  • Engage in prospecting and lead generation using personal network and other variety of channels, including direct networking, social media, industry networking events, and referrals.
  • Take ownership of the overall sales pursuits from identifying and qualifying opportunities from discovery to close.
  • Building relationships inside of Accion Labs, Salesforce and strategic ecosystem partners comprised of sales leadership, territory sellers, technical presales & delivery teams as well as field marketing.
  • Leverage existing relationships within the Salesforce ecosystem to expedite market penetration.

Requirements:

  • 15+ years of experience in selling IT consulting, professional services, outsourced development and implementation services including 5+ years Salesforce experience.
  • Have existing relationships within the Salesforce ecosystem to help jumpstart both conversations and go to market.
  • Proven experience in technology sales or a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Self-motivated and result oriented.
