Lead - Client Success [Retail / Consumer Goods]

In this role, you will be required to drive meaningful client engagement & world-class customer experience within our existing customers/partner with our new business development teams in driving the client acquisition/account mining effort and other transformational initiatives.
- Partnering with business leaders / client-facing teams in proactively identifying new growth opportunities and developing the business and value proposition for the same
- Craft the messaging/collateral and partner with marketing in building market-facing content to drive prospect / client-focused marketing outreach (ABM)
- Partner with delivery teams in elevating the Accion positioning within strategic accounts, position our various service offerings, and strengthen the overall relationship
- Help the sales and delivery organization build a deeper appreciation through research and analysis of the industry and client’s specific context, including via due diligence in pursuits / new client engagements
- Help contextualize the technology/horizontal service offerings to an industry/business/client context
Key Requirements
- Previous experience in a technology services firm in or one more of the following roles – business analysis or consulting / pre-sales / solution design / customer-facing project or program management
- Appreciation of project and/or program management concepts, ideally through hands-on experience
- Should have anchored or led sales pursuits and be extremely well versed with the nuances of a technology/IT sales process. Exposure to pricing or commercials will be preferred.
- Strong problem-solving skills, esp. the ability to frame the problem statement accurately, along with its context and success criteria
- Good understanding of the technology space along with the ability and interest to keep building on that knowledge to stay ahead of the curve
- Excellent communication skills (verbal & written) to be able to clearly articulate and present ideas / concepts and collaborate with multiple stakeholders
- Proficiency with MS excel, MS PowerPoint and other necessary skills to create and deliver impactful client presentations is necessary
Preferred
- Client stakeholder management experience, ideally within US/Europe regions
- Pre-sales / solution design experience in the retail / consumer goods vertical at a global technology services/ solutions firm
Range of Experience
- Total experience, between 4 to 8 years
- Minimum 2 years, post-MBA in a similar firm (technology services / solutions firm) is good to have
Education Qualifications
- MBA (equivalent) from Tier-1/2 B-school + technical graduate qualification (preferred, not essential)
