HubSpot CRM Operations Lead

We are looking for a HubSpot CRM Operations Lead who can take complete ownership of our HubSpot ecosystem. This is a strategic and hands-on role that demands deep technical expertise in HubSpot CRM, a problem-solving mindset, and the ability to work closely with Sales, Leadership, and CXOs to optimize revenue workflows.


Key Responsibilities

  • End-to-End CRM Management
    Own and maintain all HubSpot CRM functionalities including pipelines, deal stages, workflows, lifecycle stages, custom properties, and user permissions
  • Sales Process Optimization
    Partner with Sales and CX leadership to build, refine, and scale sales processes using automation, sequences, and playbooks
  • Stakeholder Collaboration
    Act as the go-to HubSpot expert for Sales, Customer Success, and Business Leaders—translating business needs into system solutions
  • Data Quality & Governance
    Maintain data hygiene with deduplication, enrichment, validation rules, and standardized entry processes
  • Dashboarding & Reporting
    Design advanced dashboards and reports for performance tracking, pipeline analysis, and revenue forecasting
  • Enablement & Support
    Train users, develop documentation, and ensure HubSpot adoption across teams through regular enablement sessions
  • Integration Ownership
    Manage integrations with tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Zapier, Salesforce, etc., ensuring seamless data flow
  • CRM Strategy & Best Practices
    Stay current with HubSpot updates and industry trends to proactively introduce improvements and best practices

 

Required Skills & Experience

  • 8–10 years of overall professional experience, with 6+ years managing HubSpot CRM in a lead/admin role
  • Proven track record of working closely with CXOs and Sales Leaders to streamline sales processes, drive CRM adoption, and manage multiple business units or account structures within a single HubSpot instance
  • Deep understanding of HubSpot architecture including workflows, sequences, custom objects, user roles, and API capabilities
  • Strong reporting and data analysis skills using HubSpot dashboards or external tools
  • Experience with data governance, CRM audits, and maintaining CRM health
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • HubSpot certifications (Admin, Sales Software, Operations Software) preferred

Nice to Have

  • Background in B2B SaaS or IT services industry
  • Familiarity with RevOps concepts and multi-tool ecosystems
  • Experience mentoring or managing junior CRM admins or analysts
