Senior Marketing Associate / Assistant Manager – Marketing

We are looking for a versatile and self-directed Senior Marketing Associate / Assistant Manager – Marketing to join our growing team. This role requires a strategic thinker and a detail-oriented executor who can manage diverse marketing functions and collaborate across teams. The ideal candidate should bring 6–8 years of overall marketing experience, with at least 5 years in the IT/technology sector, and be comfortable owning initiatives across channels and formats.

Key Responsibilities

Website Management (End-to-End)

  • Lead day-to-day management of the corporate website using HubSpot CMS
  • Create and maintain landing pages, website pages, forms, CTAs, and campaign assets
  • Ensure website UX consistency, performance, and SEO alignment
  • Collaborate with design, content, and tech teams for enhancements

Email Campaign Management (End-to-End)

  • Plan, design, and execute email workflows and newsletters using HubSpot CRM and Marketing Hub
  • Set up automation workflows and monitor campaign performance
  • Create segmented email lists and optimize campaigns for engagement

Event Management (End-to-End)

  • Manage planning and execution of both online and offline events including webinars, conferences, and internal activations
  • Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and partners for seamless execution
  • Handle pre-event promotion, on-site logistics, and post-event follow-up

Branding & Office Environment Marketing

  • Support branding and visual identity for new and existing office spaces
  • Work with design partners to ensure brand alignment and consistency

Marketing & Sales Collateral Development

  • Create and maintain brochures, pitch decks, case studies, and capability presentations
  • Support sales teams with tailored content and materials for key accounts

Team Collaboration & Ownership

  • Work closely with designers, content writers, and digital marketing teams in the team to collaboratively execute campaigns
  • Collaborate with in team designers, content writers, and digital marketing teams to execute campaigns
  • Take complete ownership of assigned marketing tasks from planning to delivery
  • Ensure consistency and timely execution across channels

Cross-Functional Stakeholder Management

  • Work closely with BU Heads, CXOs, and Sales Leaders for campaign planning and marketing requirements
  • Gather inputs and deliver relevant marketing solutions for business goals

Reporting & Analytics

  • Track and report on campaign, website, and email metrics using HubSpot, Google Analytics, and other tools
  • Use insights to drive continuous improvements in marketing execution

Requirements

  • MBA in Marketing or an equivalent postgraduate degree from a recognized institution
  • 6–8 years of professional marketing experience with at least 5 years in the IT or technology sector
  • Hands-on expertise with HubSpot CRM and CMS including workflows, landing pages, website pages, forms, and CTAs
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, Marketo, Google Analytics, SEMrush, WordPress, and social media platforms
  • Strong command over communication and content collaboration
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with cross-functional and senior-level teams

Key Skills & Qualifications
