We are seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Developer to join our agile development team. In this role, you will work closely with Engineering Managers, Product Owners, Architects, and QA Engineers to design, develop, and test innovative software solutions. You will contribute to the full development lifecycle and help integrate edge hardware devices into a situational awareness platform.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Campaign Management:

  • Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to meet organizational objectives.
  • Design and execute campaigns across multiple digital channels, including SEO, SEM, and social media

Social Media Management:

  • Create, schedule, and manage engaging content across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
  • Drive brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation through innovative campaigns

Performance Analysis & Reporting:

  • Analyze campaign data to measure effectiveness and identify opportunities for optimization
  • Prepare detailed reports and present insights to stakeholders

Collaborative Execution:

  • Work with design, content, and development teams to implement integrated campaigns
  • Coordinate marketing activities to ensure consistency and alignment with business goals

Paid Campaign Optimization:

  • Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.) to maximize ROI

Website Management:

  • Oversee website performance, including SEO strategies, user experience, and conversions

Industry Knowledge:

  • Stay updated on the latest trends, tools, and technologies in digital marketing
  • Apply innovative strategies to continuously improve campaign performance

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • Experience: Minimum 6 years in digital marketing, with a strong focus on IT services

Digital Expertise:

  • Proficiency in SEO, SEM, email marketing, content marketing, and analytics
  • Hands-on experience with social media platforms and management tools

Analytical Skills:

  • Strong ability to analyze performance metrics and make data-driven decisions

Communication:

  • Exceptional verbal and written skills for engaging with teams effectively

Project Management:

  • Capable of handling multiple projects and delivering results under tight deadlines
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools, CRM platforms, and web analytics tools is a plus
