Overview
GenAI-in-a-Box is Accion Labs' configurable private AI environment, deployed inside your data center or approved sovereign boundary. It combines enterprise GPU infrastructure from Dell and Lenovo, Diamanti's Kubernetes-native orchestration, and Accion's secure AI software stack: Semantic Engineering, reusable agents and accelerators, integration, and governance. Diamanti improves workload placement and resource utilization, so organizations run more AI workloads efficiently with predictable performance. Accion architects, grounds, integrates, and engineers the environment around your priority use cases, with sensitive data held inside the approved boundary during normal operation.

What We Deliver
- Workload-sized private AI foundation. Enterprise-grade GPU infrastructure from Dell and Lenovo, sized to your workloads.
- Orchestration and data plane. Diamanti provides Kubernetes-native orchestration that optimizes workload placement, storage, networking, and compute utilization across development and production.
- One configured environment. Servers, storage, networking, security, monitoring, and the selected AI runtime are configured together, with NVIDIA AI software and frameworks incorporated where they fit the target architecture.
- Secure GenAI Playground. A controlled space for experimentation, with an extensible model layer for approved open-weight and customer-selected models.
- Semantic Engineering. Grounding for AI in business concepts, data, rules, and relationships, with reusable patterns for Knowledge, Analytics, Process, and Systems use cases.

How We Do It
Start With the Workloads
We begin with workloads, data boundaries, users, concurrency, model sizes, data movement, and operational requirements, not the hardware specification.
Define Architecture and Foundation
Accion defines the target architecture and use-case roadmap, Dell or Lenovo provides the validated compute foundation, and Diamanti configures the Kubernetes, storage, and networking layers for efficient use of available infrastructure.
Configure and Ground
Accion configures the model and runtime layers, establishes the semantic context foundation, integrates enterprise data and applications, and engineers the initial priority use cases.
Validate Before Rollout
The complete environment is validated for quality, security, throughput, resource utilization, governance, and capacity-based economics before production rollout.
