Conservice, the largest utility-management company in North America, needed to modernize the system supporting utility coordination across 6,000 providers and approximately 375,000 properties. Accion Labs rebuilt the Single Family Application (SFA) as a cloud-native platform on Azure Kubernetes Service, replacing manual coordination with a governed 300-step workflow. A 15-engineer team delivered 400+ features in 10 months against a fixed March 2026 go-live.
