We are looking for an HR Specialist to help with all aspects of human resources practices and processes. The HR Specialist will be the go-to person for all employee-related issues. Key Aspects of Role
- Administer employee records via Paylocity, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
- Organize employee engagement activities, events, and initiatives.
- Manage complete onboarding and conduct new hire orientation through Embark.
- Update and help create company policies as per growth of the company.
- Manage employee training assignments through Zywave.
- Coordinate immigration cases utilizing the Envoy system.
- Serve as primary contact for HR, immigration, and policy inquiries.
Required Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources management or related field is recommended.
- At least 1 year of experience in working in HR or related field.
- Have knowledge with systems such as Zywave, used for training, Paylocity, HRIS system and Embark, to run orientations.
- Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks.
- Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations.
