Sathya as the healthcare Practice Head, drives the global healthcare practice for e-Zest, developing digital platform accelerators, account management, PBM migration & client services. Based in Dallas, Texas (USA), Sathya is the customer’s trusted business advisor. With an impeccable track record of working in health plans, employer plans and a broad enterprise-wide view of the US government healthcare programs he has very unique strategies and processes for excellence in business delivery models of cross-organizational ownership and accountability.

Ashutosh (Ash) has over 21 years of experience in the technology industry, with customers ranging from start-ups to large multinationals in a wide range of industries, including High-tech, Engineering, Software, Insurance, Banking, Chemicals, Pharmaceuticals, Healthcare, Media, and Entertainment. He is experienced in leading and managing cross-functional teams through the entire product development life cycle.

Ash is skilled in Emerging Technologies, Software Architectures, Framework Design, and Agile Process Definition. He has implemented enterprise solutions as well as commercial products in domains ranging from Big Data, Business Intelligence, Graphics and Image Processing, Sound and Video Processing, Advanced Text Search and Analytics. He completed his M. Sc. from IIT, Kanpur.

18+ years of total experience in end-to-end Product Development and testing, Establishing and Managing Testing CoE, Testing Engagement and Delivery.
Enhanced the quality and efficiency of product and solutions and also ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction.
Worked with Fortune 500 companies like Aetna, ING, and Dell to setup their testing teams and have rich experience in Insurance, Healthcare, Retail, Banking and Financial products.

Vivian has been instrumental in building Accion’s business in Malaysia. Under her leadership, Malaysia has become a significant market for Accion. Her determination and a strong sense of “customer first” have certainly made her the go-to person for clients as well as internal stakeholders. He is a certified Scrum Master, Product Owner and a SAFe Agilist 5.0. Highly experienced in leading Agile Teams using Agile best practices.
