Satyajit is a result-oriented leader with deep experience in R&D, Product Engineering Lifecycle, and IT services. He possesses the capacity to create and expand sizable, creative, international IT organizations with the highest levels of client satisfaction and profitability.

Prior to joining Accion, Satyajit held leadership positions at Edkal, Ness Digital Engineering, HP-Verifone, Wipro, iGate, and Tata Steel. He was instrumental in the establishment of multiple innovation labs and EDCs for enterprise and ISV customers in the United States, Europe, Asia, and Eastern Europe.

Satyajit has a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering and a Master’s Degree in Industrial Engineering to his name.

Mikunj heads the Healthcare and IoT Practices at Accion Labs and is focused on emerging technologies, and Innovation engineering. He is a Innovation Engineering Thought Leader with experience in scaling Business Development and Sales. Furthermore, he is also experienced in building global and multi-cultural teams.

Prior to joining Accion, Mikunj held leadership roles at iolytics, Indus Ventures Angel Network, HealthEdge, and more. He received his MBA in Business Administration and Management and MS in Computer Science from the University of Massachusetts at Lowell.

Bhushan Bonde leads the Innovation Development for Pharmaceutical R&D, primarily focused on application of AI and ML for developing better disease treatments and using novel methods like Quantum Computing (QC) for application to Drug Discovery and AI Deep Learning methods.

With more than 2 decades of experience, Bhushan is an expert in meta and advanced data analytics using Machine and AI/Deep Learning techniques for drug discovery, Systems Biology modelling, Genetics (GWAS/PheWAS) based Patient stratification and NGS data analysis.

Bhushan has worked across industries universities and government research institutes throughout his career. Bhushan received his PhD in Systems Biology and Mathematical Modelling from Oxford University in 2006, and also holds an interdisciplinary M. Tech in Bioprocess technology/Chemical Eng. (2001) and a Bachelor in Pharmacy (1998).

He has a deep interest in biological data mining and visualization, mathematical algorithm design, high-performance scientific computing, and simulation modelling of biological systems. Bhushan is also always on the lookout for disruptive technologies such as next-generation sequencing, NoSQL techniques for data integration, gene signature-based mapping for drug repurposing, digital/sensors data, and biological imaging.

Well versed with pre-sales, product development, financial management, team development and enjoy working with stakeholders from all domains.

It is important to me to see the big and the complete picture of any project/product that he is involved in and to have the vision to ensure that the solution is robust, secure, scalable and meets the requirements. Working in different roles over the years have allowed him to work in a collaborative environment, leading and mentoring cross-functional teams.
