Tribhuvan Thakur

Tribhuvan is a seasoned HR professional with over 18 years of progressive experience in top-notch global and multinational corporations, playing Leadership roles and leading HR functions in diverse industry segments with wide experience in different industries such as IT, ITES, Engineering Services, Aerospace, Automotive, BFSI, and Life Sciences, having handled geographies like India, Canada (Ontario, Toronto, Montreal, and Quebec), the, USA, Europe, Japan, and the Middle East.

In his past stint, Tribhuvan has worked with Persistent Systems, where he was Head of HR for multiple business units and was instrumental in driving the people strategy for 2500 employees. Business Partner, Organizational & Leadership Development, Leading Transformation, HR strategy, Succession & Talent Pipeline, Associates Engagement, Merger and Acquisition, working on large deals, BOT, etc. are some of his key strengths. Earlier, he worked with L&T Technologies as BU Head HR and Location Head at Baroda Process Industries and Mechanical Horizontal, managing around 3000 employees. Some of the other companies he has worked for are Tech Mahindra, Quest Global, and Timken Engineering & Research and Development.

Tribhuvan has a proven track record of leading and managing large business teams and working with Leadership teams to deliver results. He has strong Leadership skills to build and develop high-performance teams and assertive influence skills to accomplish goals through the management and collaboration of stakeholders and the trust of business partners.

He has an MBA in HR and an Executive Program in Human Resources Management from IIM Calcutta and is a certified Dale Carnegie Trainer.

Devendra Deshmukh

Devendra is a visionary with an immense passion for technology and has 23+ years of IT experience. He is a venture partner with Fresco Capital, a global early-stage venture investor. He is also a Charter Member of TiE Pune Chapter.

Devendra mentors upcoming entrepreneurs and is frequently invited to deliver lectures on leadership and entrepreneurship at various forums and conferences. For his dynamic leadership and contribution, he was awarded the Rajiv Gandhi Excellence in IT Award.

Devendra holds an Engineering Degree in Electronics and Telecommunications and a Master’s in Business Administration with a specialization in Information Systems from the Welingkar Institute of Management Development and Research (Mumbai University). He is also a certified Gemba Kaizen from JMAM (Japan).

Reema Poddar

Reema is known as an agent of change in the Digital Business, Product Engineering, and Digital Transformation sectors, having dedicated over 26 years to the software industry. She holds extensive expertise in data analytics, machine learning, artificial intelligence, cloud services, the Internet of Things (IoT), and the Internet of Things (IIoT). She has garnered global experience as an intrapreneur, entrepreneur, board director, and C-level public officer for firms ranging from startups to Fortune 500 corporations.
Additionally, Reema was the Chief Product Officer at Teradata Corporation. Prior to that, she spent 14 years in various executive leadership positions at General Electric. She also has several prestigious business and leadership awards to her name.
Reema possesses a Master's Degree in Computer Science and Physics, specialising in nuclear physics and electronics.

Dr. Poornima Prasad

Dr. Prasad has over 25 years of broad and progressive experience in HR. She is a highly collaborative and inclusive leader with a passion for building high-performing structures and leading transformational programs. She has worked in large corporations like Infosys and Tech Mahindra in HR leadership roles. Prior to joining Accion, she was at Tech Mahindra, where she was Global Head HR for Network Services and Region Head for Americas.

Dr. Prasad has a Ph.D. in Psychology, specializing in Organizational Behavior. She has excellent program management, analytical, ideation, and interpersonal skills, coupled with a track record of successfully managing and driving change in a growth-oriented global organization. She also Pays It Forward as a Board Member of non-profit organizations. Currently, she is on the board of ScholarShot, which helps at-risk students exit poverty by completing career-ready vocational, associate, or bachelor degrees. Prior to ScholarShot, she served on the board of Wings for Growth, which helps women achieve their leadership potential through rigorous training and mentoring.

Ujwal Yelmareddy

Ujwal has spent a lot of years in the banking industry as a software technologist employee. “I have stumbled upon the Accion Labs leadership team in one of my meetings and made a transition as a Technology Consultant which opened up a completely new perspective of my career with opportunities to meet and work on solutions with very smart people.”
