A Multi-Platform Mobile App for Job Search and Social Hiring in Retail

When a well-renowned organization, with a proven track record of creating innovative social networking and social recruitment solutions for global telecom giants and startups, aspired to build a cross-platform social recruitment app in the retail space, they were looking for a partner who can work along side their developers and bring new ideas about improving user experience.

By collaborating with Accion and leveraging our mobile expertise, a feature-rich multi-platform mobile app was developed to improve job search and social hiring in the retail sector. The job search and social hiring app was designed for both the iOS and Android platforms utilizing Agile Scrum methodology and the jQuery design language, with REST API for backend connectivity. OpenLayers javascript library was used for displaying job openings and listings on interactive maps. Accion also implemented analytics capabilities to track user data, activity, and app performance using Flurry Analytics.
