Emanuel Balasa

Emanuel Balasa is Head of Delivery and Operations for Central and Eastern Europe, a role that spans two distinct mandates. On the delivery side, he ensures high-quality service across multiple client engagements and builds and develops high-performing teams. On the operations side, he drives employee engagement and keeps the region aligned with Accion Labs' global business objectives. He works closely with customers, delivery leaders and engineering teams to foster long-term partnerships, support business growth and deliver innovative technology solutions across the European market.

Emanuel draws on 24 years of experience in the IT industry, with a background spanning software development and testing, telecom (CCNP certified), technical training, program & portfolio management and senior leadership. Throughout his career, he has successfully led complex technology initiatives, scaled delivery organizations and helped organizations navigate digital transformation and growth. Behind all of it runs a consistent thread: technical depth paired with operational leadership and a people-first approach. That combination is what lets him build teams that last, deliver outcomes clients can rely on and create lasting value for the business.
