Raja Venkataraman

Raja Venkataraman brings more than three decades of experience working at the intersection of business strategy, technology, and organizational culture to support sustained growth. His leadership approach is grounded in relationship building and a strong belief that effective partnerships begin with a clear understanding of the client’s end customer and their needs.

As part of the Accion Labs leadership team, Raja plays a key role in driving business development for the NetServ Business Unit. He works closely with clients to shape engagements that remain focused on real business priorities and downstream customer impact. This perspective has helped build trust, strengthen long-term relationships, and support consistent outcomes across engagements.

Raja began his career in the heat treatment industry, where he helped establish new divisions within the automotive sector before transitioning into information technology. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering. Outside of work, Raja enjoys playing the tabla and actively supports the local community in Denver, Colorado.
