Prathima Rao is a global seasoned business leader with more than 23 years of experience in technology and engineering services. She works closely with senior executives to advance growth, strengthen customer relationships, and oversee global delivery engagements. Her leadership reflects clear strategic thinking for driving business outcomes, dependable execution, and the ability to build teams that perform consistently to deliver value.

At Accion Labs, Prathima leads strategic growth initiatives that expand partnerships and reinforce a customer-success-driven operating model. She shapes engagement structures focused on tangible business outcomes and supports enterprise programs that rely on coordinated delivery across multiple geographies. Her experience includes establishing engineering delivery centers, managing large global accounts, and developing client relationships rooted in transparency and long-term value.

Prathima holds a Master’s degree in Computer and Information Systems from Cleveland State University and a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from India. She is based in Austin, Texas.
