Veera Reddy Patlolla

Veera is an Indian Air Force veteran and seasoned HR leader with over 23 years of experience across the Armed Forces and the IT industry. As Chief People Officer at Accion Labs, he leads the global HR charter, shaping a values-driven culture, advancing talent strategy, and enhancing employee experience to strengthen our people foundation and nurture sustainable growth.

He began his career as a Short Service Commissioned Officer in the Indian Air Force, honing the discipline, leadership, and resilience that define his ethos. In the corporate world, he has held senior HR roles at Wipro, Genpact, Cigniti, and most recently, as Head of People & Culture at Incture Technologies, where he spearheaded HR digital transformation, leadership development, and culture-building initiatives.

An alumnus of IIM Indore, Veera is known for his collaborative and empowering leadership style, passion for building high-performing teams, and commitment to nurturing leaders at all levels.
