Conversational User interface (CUI) has rapidly become more and more popular among users. CUI is a concept of user interface, which communicates with the user through a dialogue. Its main task is to simplify user interaction with the product using voice interfaces and messengers. Under this focus area you can explore conversational AI design tools, chatbots and voice based applications to help you think about the next voice or text-based project.
Interface Development
What makes humans intelligent is their ability to communicate complex concepts through efficient and interactive graphics and presentations. The focus is on responsiveness, aesthetics, maximizing usability and visual design.
The underlying question is if interface development is difficult? The answer lies in the fact that it is no different than developing software. It is a complex process involving a number of factors like: two different systems sending and receiving large amounts of data, some of which may not be anticipated. It requires careful analysis with a strong understanding of the source and destination system.
